Limitations for Kaspersky Security Gateway

Following is the list of limitations for Kaspersky Security Gateway:

• To connect Kaspersky Security Gateway, installed on the device running Windows 7, to Kaspersky Security Center 14 and later, it is required that TLS 1.1 and 1.2 are enabled in the operating system. To learn more how to enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in Windows 7, see Microsoft documentation.
• The gateway_service.exe emergency termination may be caused by errors in the third-party grpc library. The service emergency termination occurs when connection to Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks is established at the same time when dynamic code analysis is performed using the Application Verifier utility.
• Kaspersky Security Gateway is compatible with Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Networks up to and including version 2.9.
