Saving the trace file on a computer

To save a trace file on a computer:

  1. In the application web interface window, select Nodes.
  2. Click kwts_menu_button to open the Nodes section menu.
  3. Click View trace logs.

    The Trace logs for Technical Support page opens with the list of previously created trace logs.

  4. Click kwts_button_plus next to the name of the trace log from which you want to download the files.
  5. In the row containing the necessary file, click the Download. icon.

The trace file is saved on the computer in the browser download folder.
