Managing the cluster

After installation and initial configuration, you can configure the settings in the application web interface. To do so, you must combine all nodes hosting Kaspersky Web Traffic Security into a cluster. You can add nodes to a cluster and remove nodes from a cluster. You can assign the Control node role to any of the nodes that are part of the cluster. The other servers in the cluster will receive the Secondary node role. Regardless of their role, all cluster nodes will process traffic.

The Nodes section of the application web interface window displays the table of cluster nodes, and the following information about nodes:

  • KSN/KPSN status.
  • Database status.
  • License.
