Manually starting and stopping tasks

Regardless of the selected task run mode, you can start or stop the task at any time.

To start or stop a task:

1. Open the Administration Console of Kaspersky Security Center.
2. Do one of the following:
   • If you want to start or stop a task created for SVMs of all KSC clusters, select the Managed devices folder in the console tree. In the workspace, select the Tasks tab.
   • If you want to start or stop a task that was created for SVMs of one KSC cluster, in the Managed devices folder select the administration group containing the KSC cluster. In the workspace, select the Tasks tab.
   • If you want to start or stop a task that was created for one or several SVMs, select the Tasks folder in the console tree.
3. In the list of tasks, select the task that you want to start or stop.
4. Click the Start or Stop button. The buttons are located to the right of the task list.
