Viewing the list of virtual machines under the protection of an SVM

Kaspersky Security Center lets you view a list of virtual machines that are under the protection of each SVM.

To view the list of virtual machines protected by an SVM:

  1. Open the Administration Console of Kaspersky Security Center.
  2. In the Managed devices folder of the console tree, select the administration group containing the KSC cluster for whose SVMs you want to view the list of protected virtual machines.
  3. In the workspace, select the Devices tab.
  4. In the list, select the SVM for which you want to view the list of protected virtual machines, and double-click to open the Properties: <SVM name> window.
  5. In the SVM properties window in the list on the left, select the Applications section.

    A list of applications that are installed on this SVM appears in the right part of the window.

  6. Select Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.0 Agentless and double-click to open the application settings window.
  7. In the application settings window in the list on the left, select the List of protected virtual machines section.

    The right part of the window displays a table containing the list of virtual machines protected by the SVM.

    The table shows the following details:

    • Name of the protected virtual machine.
    • IP address of the protected virtual machine.
    • Version of operating system installed on the protected virtual machine.
    • Type of operating system installed on the protected virtual machine: server or desktop.
    • ID of the protected virtual machine (vmID).
    • Path to the protected virtual machine within the virtual infrastructure.
  8. If you want to update the information about protected virtual machines, click the Refresh button.
