The SNMP protocol provides access to runtime statistics and event traps that occur during the operation of Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server. You can enable/disable Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server event traps.
To enable/disable Kaspersky Security 8 for Linux Mail Server event traps:
- Export the SNMP task settings to an XML file using the command:
# /opt/kaspersky/klms/bin/klms-control \
--get-settings <
SNMP taskID> -f <
file name>
- Open the XML file to edit the task settings.
- Assign the value
1
to thetrapsEnable
setting. - Save the changes made.
- Import the settings from the XML file to the SNMP task using the command:
# /opt/kaspersky/klms/bin/klms-control \
--set-settings <
SNMP taskID> -f <
file name>
