"Incorrect certification center" error
When activating your Kaspersky Lab product, you may receive the error "Incorrect certification center". To eliminate the issue, do the following:
Check if you have the Internet connection
Configure the Firewall settings
If a firewall is installed on your computer, make sure that an allowing rule is created for the avp.exe process in firewall settings, or disable the firewall.
Firewall provides secure work in the LAN and on the Internet. It monitors data transferred via the Internet or local networks. According to the settings, Firewall blocks or allows data transfer.
Check the system date on your computer
Try to install the application once again in an hour
