What to do if the license for your Kaspersky application did not renew automatically

If a purchased license fails to renew automatically with the auto-renewal feature enabled, complete the following steps:

  1. In the main window, click License: expired.

  1. Click Details.

  1. Click Delete.

Deleting the activation code

  1. Click Continue.

Confirming removal for the activation code

  1. Click Enter activation code.

  1. Enter the activation code from the message which was sent to your email when you purchased the license.
  2. Click Activate.
