In the Improved protection section, you can read the terms of the Kaspersky Security Network Statement and opt in or out of participating in Kaspersky Security Network.

Clicking this button opens a window that displays the text of the Kaspersky Security Network Statement.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security can use Global or Private KSN infrastructure. If you participate in Kaspersky Security Network, Kaspersky Endpoint Security uses information about the reputation of files, web resources, and applications received from Kaspersky Security Network and provides data required for detection services functioning to Kaspersky Security Network.
Participate in Kaspersky Security Network
This checkbox enables/disables participation in Kaspersky Security Network.
Participate in Kaspersky Private Security Network
This checkbox enables/disables participation in Kaspersky Private Security Network. For more information about participating in Kaspersky Private Security Network, contact the system administrator in your organization.
Enable extended KSN mode
This checkbox enables/disables provision of additional data to Kaspersky Security Network in order to improve protection of your computer and the usability of Kaspersky Endpoint Security. You can find the list of data in the Kaspersky Security Network Statement and in the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Administrator's Guide.
This checkbox is selected automatically if the Participate in Kaspersky Security Network checkbox is selected, but you can deselect it.
Clicking this button prevents users without administrative rights from changing the preferences of the Kaspersky Endpoint Security.
Clicking this button opens a prompt for administrator credentials. After you enter an administrator's credentials, application preferences become editable.
