Web pages not loading or not displayed correctly after installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows

In some cases your Internet browser cannot open web pages or displays them incorrectly after installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows. Before submitting a Technical Support request, do the following:
  • Try using another browser.
    For example, if you are using MS Internet Explorer, try opening web pages with Mozilla Firefox.
  • Try to find out which component of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows is responsible for the issue.
    For example, open the application, disable Web Anti-Virusеs and try opening a web page, etc.
    Test all the components until you find the right one.
How to submit a request to the Technical Support Service:
  1. Disable the application Self-Defense .
  2. Enable level 500 trace file generation in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows  GUI .
  3. Create a folder named http on disk C (С:\http).
  4. Download KES10_http_dump.zip  (or SP1_HTTPTrafficDump.zip  for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 SP1) and extract it.
  5. Run the trace_http_kes10_ON.reg file (for 64-bit OS: trace_http_kes10_ON_x64.reg).
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. Save the application settings into the install.cfg file.
  8. Reproduce the issue: try opening a problem web page in a browser.
  9. Make a screenshot  of the problem web page.
  10. Close the browser.
  11. Compress all files in the C:\http folder into an archive. Delete all files from this folder, except for the archive file you have just created.
  12. Run the trace_http_kes10_OFF.reg file (for 64-bit OS: trace_http_kes10_OFF_x64.reg).
  13. Restart the computer.
  14. Disable the trace file generation in the application GUI.
  15. Use the GetSystemInfo  utility to generate a report about your system.
  16. Enable Self-Defense after collecting all required data. Send the following files with a detailed description of the issue to the  Technical Support Service :
  • The screenshot made at step 9.

  • The archive created at step 11.

  • Kaspersky Endpoint Security traces collected at step 14.

  • The GetSystemInfo utility report created at step 15.
