Activation error. License is not valid

If Kaspersky Internet Security is installed on your PC and during activation the error "License is not valid" is displayed , then in order to resolve the problem, perform the following:

  • Remove the currently installed (trial) license:
    1. Open the main application window
    2. Click the Licensing link on the lower part of the main window
    3. In the Licensing window next to the key click .

    1. Click Delete key to confirm deleting.

If the recommendations described above did not help to resolve the problem, try to activate later (in about an hour). If the error keeps repeating, create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service. In the request describe your problem in all details.
