If you cannot connect to the remote desktop of the computer with Kaspersky Total Security installed, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Settings window of Kaspersky Total Security.
  2. In the Settings window, go to the Protection tab and select Firewall in the right frame.

If you cannot connect to the remote desktop of the computer with Kaspersky Total Security installed, adjust the Firewall settings

  1. In the Firewall settings window, click the Configure packet rules link.

If you cannot connect to the remote desktop of the computer with Kaspersky Total Security installed, adjust the Firewall settings

  1. In the Packet rules window, find the Remote Desktop rule.
  2. Click Edit.

If you cannot connect to the remote desktop of the computer with Kaspersky Total Security installed, set the allowing rule for Remote Desktop in the Firewall settings

  1. In the Edit view, select Allow in the Action section.
  2. Click Save.

If you cannot connect to the remote desktop of the computer with Kaspersky Total Security installed, set the allowing rule for Remote Desktop in the Firewall settings
