A log of the installation/removal/reconfiguration of Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 3.0 Agentless is necessary to diagnose errors that may occur during installation and removal of the application.

The log is created on the desktop of the administrator who installs/removes/reconfigures the product. The log file is saved to the following folder:

  • For 64-bit operating systems: %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\Plugins\KSV2.plg\Installer\DeploymentTrace
  • For 32-bit operating systems: %ProgramFiles%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\Plugins\KSV2.plg\Installer\DeploymentTrace

The log file is named using the following format: ksvinst_yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log.
