The time setting is not updated when changing the time zone in Kaspersky Web Traffic Security 6.1

Problem
The time remains unchanged after setting a different time zone. For example, when using the %DATE% macros in the blocking template.
Solution
Restart the server on which Kaspersky Web Traffic Security 6.1 was installed. Open the console and click Restart in the server section.
