"This activation code is no longer supported" error
You receive the error message “This activation code is no longer supported” when activating a Kaspersky application.
You made a typo or entered the code for an old version of the application.
Check the activation code for typos and make sure that it matches the supported version of the application.
What to do if the issue persists
To activate the application, contact Kaspersky Customer Service. In your request, specify the following:
- Purchase date and place
- Activation code
- A photograph of the activation code from the packaging, if you have it
- A photograph of your receipt of purchase, if you kept it
- Email address
