If you use different versions of Kaspersky Security Center components together, follow the recommendations below.
- If you use a hierarchical structure of Administration Servers:
- Use the server with the latest version of the application for the primary server in the hierarchy.
We also recommend a configuration where the primary server is Kaspersky Security Center 14.2 for Windows and the secondary server is Kaspersky Security Center 15 for Linux. - Upgrade the primary Administration Server first, and then upgrade the secondary servers.
- Use the server with the latest version of the application for the primary server in the hierarchy.
- Use the Administration MMC Console of the same version as the Administration Server or later.
- Use a version of the Web Console that is compatible with the version of the Administration Server.
- Use Network Agents of the same version as the Administration Server or later.
In some cases, use special versions of the Network Agent.
