More about available data centers

We are planning to close the Data Center located in the US, and are transferring workspaces of our clients from the Data Center in the USA to Latin America.

Therefore, starting September 10, 2024, we cannot guarantee correct functioning of the workspaces that are registered in the USA North data center.

To provide proper functioning of your workspace, we suggest transferring your workspace to the Latin America data center. It will be seamless and will require no actions from you during the transfer phase.

All you have to do is to confirm in the Management Console that you agree that your workspace will be moved to the Latin America (Brazil) data center.

The workspaces, whose administrators have agreed to move to the Latin America (Brazil) data center will be transferred from the USA North to the Latin America (Brazil) data center automatically. If this is the option for you, go to Information panel of the Management Console and click “I agree”.

We strongly recommend that you move to another data center, if your company is not US based.

If you intend to continue using Kaspersky Security for Microsoft Office 365, but do not wish to move to the Latin America (Brazil) data center, there is another option. You can manually create a new workspace in EU data center, and then connect your Office 365 to this new workspace.
