By default, Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection notifies you if a secure connection is active.

To disable notifications:

Open Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.
Tap > Settings.
In the NOTIFICATIONS section, turn the VPN state switch to OFF.
You will no longer get notifications.
