Task management

The application graphical user interface allows you to enable or disable the following application monitoring tasks:

• File Threat Protection.
• System Integrity Monitoring.
• Firewall Management.
• Anti-Cryptor.
• Web Threat Protection.
• Device Control.
• Removable Drives Scan.
• Network Threat Protection.
• Behavior Detection.
• Application Control.

The application graphical user interface also allows you to run the following tasks on demand:

• Malware Scan.
• Custom Scan (can be started by clicking a file or directory that you want to scan).
• Critical Areas Scan.
• System Integrity Check.
• Container scan.
• Update.
• Rollback.

Additionally, the following tasks can operate in Notify only mode. In this case, the interface displays a Notify only mode is selected warning:

• File Threat Protection.
• Anti-Cryptor.
• Web Threat Protection.
• Device Control.
• Network Threat Protection.
• Behavior Detection.
• Application Control.
• Malware Scan.
• Custom Scan, which is launched from the console with the kesl-control --scan-file command.
• Critical Areas Scan.
• Container scan.
• Custom Container Scan, which is launched from the console with the kesl-control --scan-container command.
