How to manually install a new version of a Kaspersky Lab product

To reinstall a Kaspersky Lab product or install a later version:

  1. Create an account on My Kaspersky and add your activation code to it. To learn how to do so, see this article.
    If you do not have an activation code, connect the activated application to your account on My Kaspersky. To learn how to do so, see this article. 
  2. Download the installer from the Kaspersky Lab website.
  3. Remove the application. In the Saving objects window, select the License information checkbox. See the removal guide in this article.
  4. Restart your PC.
  5. Install the latest version of the application.
  6. If the application was not activated automatically, connect it to your account on My Kaspersky.
