"Kaspersky product is not providing complete protection of your data: HIPS protection is disabled" message when opening Protected Browser

When starting Safe Money you may encounter the message"Kaspersky product is not providing complete protection of your data: HIPS protection is disabled". Make sure the component Application Control is enabled:

  1. Open Settings in the application by clicking the gear icon in the lower-left corner of the main window.

  1. In the Settings view, go to the Protection tab.
  2. In the right frame of the Settings view, click the switch next to the Application Control component.

  1. Run Protected Browser once again.

If the issue persists, send a request to Technical Support via My Kaspersky. In your request, provide a detailed description of a problem. For instructions on using My Kaspersky, see the Online Help page.
