To determine the cause led to the application crash, Kaspersky Lab Technical Support experts may ask you to send a crash report in CRASH format. The crash report may be located in the following folders:
Send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky portal, and include a detailed description of the issue. To your request, please attach the file of kis_xxxxxxxxxxx.crash type from the CrashReporter or DiagnosticReports folder.

Now you can access the Library folder.
