Your Kaspersky Lab application stops responding or stops unexpectedly.

Solution

Try to install the product once again. To do so:

  1. Download the installer from the Kaspersky Lab website.
  2. Uninstall the current version of the application. See this article for instructions. In the Saving objects window, select the License information checkbox.
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Run the installation file and follow the instructions in these articles:
