How to take a screenshot

To identify the cause of a problem, Kaspersky Customer Service engineers may ask you to send a screenshot of the error message or the settings window. Reproduce the issue so that the error message appears on the screen or open a requested window and take a screenshot.

In some cases, the screenshot function may be blocked by a Kaspersky application to ensure the security of sensitive data. For example, you will not be able to take a screenshot in Kaspersky Password Manager for Android/iOS or if you have the Protected Browser mode enabled in Kaspersky Standard, Plus, Premium.
