How to request a refund for a Kaspersky Lab application

If you bought a license from the Kaspersky Lab online store or from the My Kaspersky online store, follow this link and enter your order number and password to log in. 

Alternatively, contact Digital River. You can do it in the following ways: 

  • Through customer service department.
  • Via the phone: 
    • Call 0203 549 3495 if calling from the UK (please select option #1 for Digital River).
      Calls to this number will cost 10 pence per minute from a BT landline. Charges will vary when calling from mobile and other network providers.
    • Call +44 (0) 203 3564983 if calling from the UK.

      Charges apply when calling the above number. Daytime calls approx. 5.9p/min.

      Calls from mobiles would vary. Please check with your Telecoms provider for more information.

    Digital River support hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, Saturday & Sunday, 8am-4:30pm.

If you made your purchase via a different Kaspersky Lab partner, you will need to contact them directly.
