If you entered a wrong email address when buying the license, the store will not be able to send it to you. In such cases, please contact the online store customer support department.

If you bought the license from the Kaspersky Lab online store:

Contact the Digital River's customer service department.

If you bought the license from the My Kaspersky:

Create a request via this web form.

If you bought the license from another Kaspersky Lab’s retail partner:
