How to contact the seller

  • In case you purchased the code via the Kaspersky website or your My Kaspersky account, click this link and enter your order number and account password.
  • Alternatively, contact Digital River's customer service department through their self-service portal.

You can also contact Digital River via phone or e-mail:

  • Call 0203 549 3495 if calling from the UK (please select option #1 for Digital River). Calls to this number will cost 10 pence per minute from a BT landline. Charges will vary when calling from mobile and other network providers.
  • Call +44 (0) 203 3564983 if calling from the UK. Charges apply when calling this number. Daytime calls approx. 5.9p/min. Calls from mobiles would vary. Please check with your Telecoms provider for more information.
  • Send your request to kaspersky.uk.cs@digitalriver.com.

Digital River support hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, Saturday & Sunday, 8am-4:30pm.

If you made your purchase via a different Kaspersky partner, you will need to contact them directly.

What information to provide

Before contacting the seller, please make sure you have the following information at hand:

  • The date of the purchase
  • Your full name
  • The e-mail address that you have used for the purchase
