To diagnose problems in operation of the following servers:
- Exchange MDM: get traces of its connector operation. For instructions, see below.
- iOS MDM: get traces of the server operation as well as operation of server’s connector to Network Agent. For instructions, see below.
How to collect Exchange MDM traces
We recommend that you create a backup copy of the registry before editing its values.
- Download the archive Exchange_MDM_trace1.0.zip and extract the files from it. The archive contains files for enabling and disabling tracing.
- Enable tracing on the computer with the Exchange MDM server installed. To do so, run the following file from the archive:
- exchange_mdmconn32_on.reg — for 32-bit operating systems
- exchange_mdmconn64_on.reg — for 64-bit operating systems
- Reproduce the issue.
- Disable tracing. To do so, run the following file from the archive:
- exchange_mdmconn32_off.reg — for 32-bit operating systems
- exchange_mdmconn64_off.reg — for 64-bit operating systems
The trace file will be created in the Network Agent installation folder under the name "$klnagent-1103.log.
Submit a request to Kaspersky Technical Support via Kaspersky CompanyAccount. Please include a detailed description of the issue and the collected trace file. Before contacting the Support, see the guide on creating a request in the Knowledge Base.
