Internal activation server error
When activating a Kaspersky application, you can encounter the error message: “Internal activation server error. Please try again or contact Technical Support Service".
- Check your Internet connection. If you have no access to the Internet, contact your Internet service provider for troubleshooting. Try to install the application once again when the Internet connection is restored.
- Check your Firewall settings. See the installation guide for:
If Firewall is installed on your computer, disable it or add an allowing rule for the avp.exe process in the Firewall settings.
- Check the system date on your computer. If the system date is set incorrectly, change it. See this article for instructions.
- Try to install the application again in an hour.

If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
