How to use trusted processes in Kaspersky Security 10.x for Windows Server

Trusted processes refer to executable files that have been added to the scan exclusions list. File operations initiated by the processes of these executable files aren’t intercepted by File Anti-Virus.
To exclude a process from scanning:
- In the console, right-click Kaspersky Security and in the context menu select Configure Trusted Zone settings.
- Go to the Trusted processes tab and select the checkbox Do not check file activity of the specified processes.
- Click Add.
- Select:
- Adjust the settings and click OK.
The processes will be added to the trusted list and will not be scanned.
How to exclude multiple processes from scanning
- Adjust the trust settings. Select or clear the following checkboxes:
- Use full process path on disk to consider it trusted
- Use process file hash to consider it trusted
- Choose one of the options:
- Browse, and add the data based on the executable files.
- Processes, and add the data based on the running processes.
- Click Add.
The processes will be added to the trusted list and will not be scanned.

- Specify the path to the executable file. To do so:
- Enter it manually.
- Click Browse and add an executable file.
- Click Process and add a running process.
- Click OK.

- Click either:
- Browse and add an executable file.
- Process and add a running process.
- Adjust the trust settings. To do so, select or clear the following checkboxes:
- Use full process path on disk to consider it trusted
- Use process file hash to consider it trusted
- Click OK.
The processes will be added to the trusted list and will not be scanned.
