Interoperability of Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows Server and Nutanix Acropolis File Services
Issue
Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows Server breaks the ICAP connection with the network storage if the network connection is interrupted and not subsequently restored.
Solution
The KB13744 fix solves the interoperability issue of Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows Server and Nutanix Acropolis File Services.
Critical fix KB13744 for Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows Server was released on June 26, 2017:
- For 64-bit operating systems: critical_fix_product_core_16(kb13742)_x64.zip
- For 32-bit operating systems: critical_fix_product_core_16(kb13742)_x86.zip
Once the KB13744 fix is applied, Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows Server automatically recovers the ICAP connection and continues to provide anti-virus protection as normal.
