How to enable and disable the maximum level of tracing in Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 6.x Agentless and create trace files for the management plug-in

How to enable and disable the maximum level of tracing
Run the following command to enable or disable the maximum level of tracing for the application, connector and Network Agent:
- To enable:
/opt/kaspersky/ksv/libexec/logcontrol.sh -d1
- To disable:
/opt/kaspersky/ksv/libexec/logcontrol.sh -d0
How to enable and disable the maximum level of tracing with system logging
Run the following command to enable or disable the maximum level of tracing with system logging for the application, connector and Network Agent:
- To enable:
/opt/kaspersky/ksv/libexec/logcontrol.sh -d1 -s1
- To disable:
/opt/kaspersky/ksv/libexec/logcontrol.sh -d0 -s0
How to create trace files for the management plug-in
Complete the following steps on a computer with Administration Console and the main or the client management plug-in installed:
- Open the registry editor.
- Go to the section:
- For the main management plug-in:
- For 64-bit operating systems: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/WOW6432Node/Kaspersky Lab/Components/34/Products/KSV/6.0.0.0/settings/Trace
- For 32-bit operating systems: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Kaspersky Lab/Components/34/Products/KSV/6.0.0.0/settings/Trace
- For the client management plug-in:
- For 64-bit operating systems: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/WOW6432Node/Kaspersky Lab/Components/34/Products/KSVT/6.0.0.0/settings/Trace
- For 32-bit operating systems: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Kaspersky Lab/Components/34/Products/KSV/6.0.0.0/settings/Trace
- For the main management plug-in:
- Change the values for TraceToFileEnable from 0 to 1 and set the tracing level value in TraceToFileLevel (from 0 to 1000).
- Reproduce the issue.
- Change the value for TraceToFileEnable from 1 to 0.
A trace file will be created in the folder %Program Files%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\Plugins\KSV6.plg\ under the name trace.log.
