How to manually install and remove security tags in Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.x Agentless

Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.x Agentless can assign Security Tags to a secure virtual machine:
- The ANTI_VIRUS.VirusFound.threat=high security tag is assigned to a virtual machine on which viruses or other threats have been detected.
- The IDS_IPS.threat=high security tag is assigned to a virtual machine when activity characteristic of a network attack has been detected in its traffic.
You can assign and remove security tags manually in the VMware vSphere Web Client console:
- In the virtual machine’s properties.
- In the VMware NSX Manager properties, for one or more virtual machines.
How to assign or remove security tags in the virtual machine properties
- Go to the Hosts and Clusters node.
- Select the virtual machine for which you want to assign or remove a security tag and open the Summary tab.
- Expand the Security Tags section and click the Manage link to open a window with a list of available security tags.
- To assign a security tag to a virtual machine, select the checkbox to the left of the tag’s name.
- To remove a security tag for a virtual machine, clear the checkbox to the left of tag’s name.
- Click OK.
The security tags have been configured.
How to assign or remove security tags in the VMware NSX Manager properties
- Go to the Networking & Security node.
- Select the NSX Managers section and the connected VMware NSX Manager.
- Go to the Manage tab and click Security Tags.
- To assign a tag to virtual machines:
- Select the security tag in the table and click its icon.
- Move one or more virtual machines to which you want to assign the to the Selected Objects list. Click OK.
- To remove a tag for virtual machines:
- Select the security tag in the table and click its icon.
- Move one or more virtual machines for which you want to remove the tag to the Selected Objects list. Click OK.
The security tags have been configured.
