Issue connecting Light Agents to the SVM in Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.1 Light Agent

When the standard commercial license is used, the problem may occur under the following conditions:
- Light Agent has never been connected to the SVM.
- An advanced SVM selection algorithm option is selected in the Light Agent policy.
- No SVMs that meet the SVM location requirements are available in the network.
The Light Agent cannot connect to SVMs even if they are specified as a list. The extended SVM selection algorithm is unavailable within the standard commercial license.
