Password Manager in Kaspersky Small Office Security 7
With Kaspersky Password Manager, you can securely store and quickly access your passwords, credentials and other personal data. Kaspersky Password Manager generates strong passwords, encrypts them and then stores them in a secure vault. It then synchronizes these passwords across all your devices. For authorization to access the vault, a primary password is used.
The data that can be securely stored with Kaspersky Password Manager:
- Logins and passwords
- Payment information, personal ID, application licenses
- Personal data which is used for registration on websites
- Images and scans of documents
You can install Kaspersky Password Manager from the Kaspersky Small Office Security application window, or download the installer from the Kaspersky website.

How to install Kaspersky Password Manager
- In the main window of Kaspersky Small Office Security, click Password Manager. To learn how to open the main application window, see this article.
- Click Free download.
Kaspersky Small Office Security will download the Kaspersky Password Manager installer and run the installation. Follow the installation instructions.
How to launch Kaspersky Password Manager
You can start Kaspersky Password Manager from the Kaspersky Small Office Security application window, or by clicking the application icon on the desktop.
To run Password Manager from the Kaspersky Small Office Security application window:
- In the main window of Kaspersky Small Office Security, click Password Manager. To learn how to open the main application window, see this article.
- Click Open.
Kaspersky Password Manager window will open.
How to use Kaspersky Password Manager
The Kaspersky Small Office Security license allows you to use the premium version of Kaspersky Password Manager. To activate Kaspersky Password Manager and get the premium version, see the instructions below.

- Add the Kaspersky Small Office Security license to Management Console, if you haven’t already done so. For instructions, see Online Help.
- Connect Kaspersky Password Manager to My Kaspersky using Management Console credentials. For instructions, see Online Help.
If you are a Kaspersky Small Office Security user
- Create an account at My Kaspersky. For instructions, see Online Help.
- Add the Kaspersky Small Office Security license to your My Kaspersky account.
- Connect Kaspersky Password Manager to My Kaspersky. For instructions, see Online Help.
