Error 1723 when installing a Kaspersky application

When installing a Kaspersky application, you may encounter an error with the message "Error 1723. There is a problem with this installer package.”
Solution 1 (for Windows 11, 10)
- Upgrade the operating system to the latest version. For details, see the Microsoft website.
- Download the latest version of the application from the Kaspersky website and start the installation again.
Before upgrading or reinstalling your operating system, make sure that all important data has been saved.
Solution 2 (for Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7)
- Create a new Windows account with administrator rights. See the instructions on the Microsoft support website:
- For Windows 11, 10
- For Windows 8.1, 8 (Create a local account section)
- For Windows 7 (Create a local account section)
- Restart your computer.
- Log into system under the newly created administrator account.
- Download the latest version of the application from the Kaspersky website and start the installation again.
