Deleting a message from Backup

When deleting from personal Backup, the message is not deleted from global Backup. All operations with the message remain available in global Backup.

You can delete messages from Backup one at a time, as a group, or all at the same time.

In personal user mode, you can delete messages from personal Backup if the administrator has enabled this option in personal Backup settings.

To delete a single message from the global or personal Backup:

1. In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.
2. Do one of the following:
   • In the Backup objects table, select the message that you want to delete. In the lower part of the View message information window, click Delete.
   • In the table of objects in Backup, select the check box to the left of the relevant message and click Delete.
3. In the confirmation window, click OK.

The message is deleted from Backup.
