    • Cluster configuration issues.
  • LDAP integration:
    • LDAP connection issues.

The text of the notification includes the following information:

For errors in Synchronization and LDAP integration groups, date and time of the last successful synchronization is also noted.

  • IP address and connection port of the cluster node where the relevant errors occurred.

Application event notifications are sent once a day at midnight local time of the Control node if at least one of the errors listed above exists at that time. If new errors occur or previously known errors are resolved, application notifications are sent at most once every 15 minutes.

Notifications about bounce messages

Notifications about bounce messages (hereinafter also referred to as "system notifications") contain information about service events and failures, for example, reports about emails that were not delivered or messages about emails that were bounced because of insufficient free disk space.

You can configure system notifications to be sent to the mail server administrator for the following message types:

  • Messages received at the following service system addresses:
    • postmaster@<mydomain>
    • mailer-daemon<mydomain>
    • root@<mydomain>

The <mydomain> domain corresponds to the value of the Domain name setting specified when configuring the MTA.

  • Postfix service fault reports.
  • Messages from the operating system about faults encountered when running sheduled tasks.

Notifications about message processing rules triggering

Notifications about message processing rules triggering contain information about objects detected by one or more application modules when scanning a message.

You can configure the delivery of notifications to the sender and recipients of the message, recipients from an additional list defined for the triggered rule, as well as to recipients from the general list for all rules. For each of the recipient groups, you can configure different notification templates.
