What to do if Apple ID is already linked to a My Kaspersky account
You can only buy one subscription for Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection with one Apple ID. If you try to buy a subscription for an application linked to different account on My Kaspersky using the same Apple ID, you will get an error message. If you try to buy a subscription for a second My Kaspersky account, you will get an error message.
To switch your subscription to another My Kaspersky account, submit a request to technical support via My Kaspersky, and include a detailed description of the issue.
