“Cannot connect to the VPN provider” error in Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for iOS

Issue

You receive the “Cannot connect to the VPN provider. Please try again later” error message when trying to establish a secure connection in Kaspersky Secure Connection for iOS.

Solution

  • Please check whether your device is connected to the Internet. May be you are connected to the network that requires authentication.
  • Make sure that your Internet provider allows VPN connections.  
  • Ensure that your proxy server connection settings are correct, in case you use one.

What to do if the issue persists
