Administration console elements are not displayed correctly

Some of the elements are missing from the Administration console.


  1. Enable ActiveX and scripts in the Internet Explorer settings.
  2. Re-register the following libraries:
    • regsvr32 jscript.dll
    • regsvr32 vbscript.dll
    • regsvr32 mshtml.dll
  1. Сheck if the issue persists. If the issue reoccurs, proceed to the next step.
  2. Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
  3. Clear the following registry branch for a user account under which the console is run:


  1. Check if the solution helped. If the issue still persists, proceed to the next step.
  2. Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
  3. Delete the Kaspersky Security Center file without extensions from the folder:
  4. Open Kaspersky Security Center.
  5. Select Managed devices and in the right frame click Add/Remove columns.
  6. Clear the checkboxes for all columns and click OK.
  7. Click Add/Remove columns and add the columns to be displayed.
