How to generate an iOS MDM APNs certificate for Kaspersky Security 10 for Mobile

This article concerns Kaspersky Security Center 10: 

• Service Pack 3 (version 10.5.1781.0)
• Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 1 (version 10.4.343.0)
• Service Pack 2 (version 10.3.407.0)

Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) is used for sending instant push notifications to iOS devices so that the Kaspersky Security Center policy created on the Administration Server can be applied on them. The use of Apple services is regulated according to the rules of the service. 

To get and install the APNs certificate:

1. Open Kaspersky Security Center.
2. Go to Mobile Device Management → Mobile Device Servers and open the properties of the MDM server.

3. Go to Certificates and click Request new.

4. In the Request new APNs certificate, click Create CSR.

Do not close the Request new APNs certificate window until the process is completed.

5. In the Create CSR window, complete all fields and click Save.

6. Log in to your CompanyAccount.
7. Make sure an active license is added to your account.
8. Click New request and select CSR Signing.

9. Choose the CSR file and click Send request.

10. Go to the Request section and open the CSR signing request. 
11. Click the signed .plist file to download it.

12. On the Apple Push Certificates Portal page, enter your Apple ID and password. Click Sign in.
13. Click Create a certificate.
14. Select the .plist file and click Upload.
15. After the request is processed, click Download.

16. Return to Kaspersky Security Center.
17. In the Request new APNs certificate window, click Complete CSR and specify the received .pem file.

18. Save a copy of the APNs certificate Click Yes.

19. Specify a name for certificate and a password. Click OK.

20. Click Install.

APNs certificate will be installed to Kaspersky Security Center.
