Installation of the web interface of Security 8.0 for Linux Mail Server
To install the web interface of Security 8.0 for Linux Mail Server:
- Download the web interface installer for your operating system.
- If you are using Apache version 2.2, make sure the following modules are enabled before installation:
- mod_alias
- mod_authz_host
- mod_dir
- mod_env
- mod_expires
- mod_headers
- mod_include
- mod_rewrite
- mod_ssl
- mod_version
- If you are using Apache version 2.4, make sure the following modules are enabled before installation:
- mod_alias
- mod_authz_core
- mod_dir
- mod_env
- mod_expires
- mod_headers
- mod_include
- mod_rewrite
- mod_ssl
- mod_version
Depending on the installer type, run the installation command:
rpm -i klmsui-8.0.X-XXX.x86_64.rpm
dpkg -i klmsui_8.0.X-XXX_amd64.deb
pkg_add klmsui_8.0.X-XXX_x86_x64.txz
- After the installation, run the command and follow the instructions of the script:
# /opt/kaspersky/klmsui/bin/klmsui-setup.pl
To check if thw web interface was installed correctly, try opening klmsui-setup.pl in the browser. This address is available at the last step of the script.
The web interface has been installed. To access the web interface, use the Administrator account which is created automatically. If you forgot the user account password, reset it usign the command:
/opt/kaspersky/klms/bin/klms-control --set-web-admin-password
