Absence of workspace when a second administrator is added in Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud

If the administrator created a new user and appointed them an administrator, it might so happen that the user does not see the working space.

To avoid this error, before you grant administrator privileges to a user, create and confirm their account on the cloud.kaspersky.com website. 

How to grant access to working space

  1. Open Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud. 
  2. Go to the Users tab.
  3. Click Revoke administrator rights and wait until the setting is implemented.
