Access to websites is blocked, third party applications malfunction when using TLS and SSL on devices with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows installed

Issue
Third-party applications that use TLS and SSL may work incorrectly if Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows scans encrypted connections.
Solution
To avoid the error, try one of the options below.
Add the application to Trusted
- Add the application to Trusted.
For the instructions, see Online Help for Kaspersky Endpoint Security version 11.7.0, 11.6.0, 11.5.0, 11.4.0 and earlier. - When adding the application to trusted, select the following checkbox:
- For Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 11.5.0 and later, select the Do not scan encrypted traffic checkbox and specify the parameters of the secure connection.
- For Kaspersky Endpoint Security version 11.4.0 and earlier, select the Do not scan network traffic checkbox and specify the parameters of the secure connection.
The application will work correctly.
Disable scanning of HTTPS traffic
For Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud 11.5.0 and later
- In the main window of Kaspersky Endpoint Security, click
.
- Select the following section:
- In 11.7.0, go to General settings → Network settings.
- In 11.6.0 and 11.5.0, go to the Network settings section.
- Go to the Encrypted connection scanning section and select the Do not scan encrypted connections checkbox.
For Kaspersky Endpoint Security version 11.4.0 and earlier
- In the main window of Kaspersky Endpoint Security, click
.
- Go to General Settings → Network settings.
- Clear the Scan encrypted connections checkbox.
The application will work correctly.
