Description

Sometimes Kasperksy Endpoint Security 10 for Windows installer fails to identify third-party antivirus software.

Reason

This may occur with new versions of third-party antivirus software, or may be caused by that software self-defense mechanisms.

Solution

You can force the removal of third-party antivirus software the following ways:

  • Use special tools for removing third-party antivirus software.
  • Download a proprietary removal utility from manufacturer's website.
