What to do if Kaspersky for Android does not start after installation

Issue

Installation freezes at the Starting screen.

Solution

  1. Uninstall Kaspersky for Android. For instructions, see Online Help.
    If you have Uninstallation protection installed and you don't remember your secret code, recover it first. Then uninstall the application.
  2. Install Kaspersky Internet Security for Android again. See Online Help for instructions.
