You can restore Administration Server Windows data from a backup copy on a Linux device in silent mode by running the klbackup utility with the required set of keys from the command line.
When you use the klbackup utility, Network Agent flags are not restored and must be configured manually.

Descriptions of the keys:
-path BACKUP_PATH — Use data from the BACKUP_PATH folder for restoration (mandatory parameter).The database server account and the klbackup utility need to be granted permissions to change data in the BACKUP_PATH folder.
-restore — Restore the Administration Server data. Data is restored using the information contained in the BACKUP_PATH folder. If no key is specified, data is backed up in the BACKUP_PATH folder.-password PASSWORD — Password to protect sensitive data.When restoring data, you must enter the password specified during the backup.
