When attempting to activate a Kaspersky application, you may receive the error Activation code cannot be used for this language localization of the application.
Cause
This error occurs if your activation code was intended for a different language version of the application.
Solution
Make sure you are entering the code that corresponds to the language version of the application.
What to do if the issue persists
If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form. Include in your request:
- Activation code of 20 symbols (four groups of five characters)
- Detailed description of the issue.
