Where to find Kaspersky Security Center dump files

In case of problems with Kaspersky Security Center, Technical Support specialists may request the application dump files for troubleshooting.
Dumps are located in one of the following directories by default:
- %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\~dumps\
- %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\KasperskyLab\adminkit\~dumps\
Dump files are generated in .DMP format. The file names may have different structures, but they always contain part which indicates connection to the Kaspersky Security Center component:
- An Administration Server dump file contains “klserver” in its name. For example, “killed-klserver-3.dmp”.
- An Administration Console dump file contains “kavmsnap”. For example, “killed-kavmsnap-1.dmp”.
- A dump file for a Network Agent server-side component contains “klnagent”. For example, “KSCNAGENT.14.2.0.26967_06.21_02.56_19340.abnormalklnagent.full.dmp”.
